My Nativity Scene is one of my most precious memories of my father, George S. Jarmolinski. Bless him.
As a child, my Dad painted a similar variation on paper, which was unrolled every Christmas. After the holidays rolled up and stashed away in a closet in our entrance foyer.
After my Mom and Dad passed over, the painting was gone with the estate. Many years later I decided to paint another version of my Dad's painting out of my memory. It will be passed down in the family and the same ritual will be used.
This is the results, which also is hung up every Christmas. Thereafter it is stored in my studio archive.
I wanted to share this painting with the world.
