Last weekend I drove to the Art Show in Whitehaven, Maryland, 1/2 hr. outside of Salisbury.
This quaint little village was hosting an Art Show. The weather was fabulous, the river ferry was bringing cars to and fro Salisbury. Paintings, jewelry, ceramics, furniture and more was offered in this picturesque setting. It couldn't have been better.
I was invited in some of the village quaint old homes and allowed to photograph their uniqueness and appreciation to art and life style. The Inn-hotel on the banks of Wicomico river offers lovingly restored rooms with old furniture and ambiance, and a lovely shop with unique artsy creations. http://www.whitehavenhotel.com/

I had a great time experiencing the peaceful surroundings of Whitehaven with it's very hospitable and wonderful villagers (most of whom are artists or have found this spot and never left.)
