Artists Statement

"Art is my Life" has become my mantra.

Throughout the years my works have evolved from Neo Expressionism, Abstract Expressionism, Abstract,, Figurative, Pop Art to Zen Art.

Artist, instructor and author, I have been an artist for over 40 years. Art is my life. I am a painter by heart. My art expressions have gone from figurative paintings to my newest, Zen Art and Meditations. I write meditations and immediately thereafter paint or use mixed media to express my visions and feelings. I offer classes in Zen Art in my studio. I guide my students to create Zen-Inspired Art, a visual meditation. It is about cultivating awareness while meditating with positive visual energy thoughts.
I have studied art in Europe. I was docent of art and art appreciation in Germany, Holland, Italy and India. I also Instructed Mandala Meditations.
